01We organize the work
Provide the lease, ledger, notices, and parties once. We structure the case file, identify the likely venue, prepare filing information, and track service and trial milestones.

- ✓ Petition and exhibit organization
- ✓ Court and precinct routing
- ✓ Citation and hearing status
- ✓ Judgment and next-step guidance
02You stay informed
Your case timeline explains what is pending, who is responsible, and what the next legal milestone means.
03Start with the file you have today
Share the lease and amendments, tenant names, rent ledger or other issue records, any prior notices, and proof of delivery. If you have no written lease, incomplete records, or an existing court case, describe that during intake rather than guessing at missing information.
04Keep landlord and court case numbers separate
Your Lone Star case reference identifies the service record. When a court accepts a filing and assigns a cause number, that number and the hearing information can be recorded on the case. Check current court notices for the official setting.
05Track service, hearing, judgment, and possession milestones
Filing is one stage. Follow citation service, hearing scheduling, the signed judgment, appeal activity, and any writ request as separate updates. Upload new notices or orders promptly so the saved record remains useful.
06Know the service scope and separate charges
The listed complete-eviction base service fee is $475. Court and constable charges are additional and depend on the property location and case requirements. Appeal support and writ coordination are separate stages; review scope and the estimate before making payment.
